The MinExTarget has a strong educational aspect. The objective of work package “Professional Development, Learning and Education” is to insure a strong professional development and educational component in the project. This includes professional training for the project staff as well as education for MSc and PhD students. There are together 3 PhD students, 4 post-doc researchers and 13 MSc students working on the project.
MinExTarget’s newsletter is introducing young professionals and their research and work on the project. On this issue in focus is Nina van Jorien Vulpen. She joined the MinExTarget project on October 2020. Nina is now working with Business modelling and go-to-market planning toolkit for the MinExTarget in Oulu University Business School. She is also preparing her PhD work on topics “Multiple stakeholder management, and business model development in the mineral exploration sector”.
